Flixwagon Streaming Video Service now ready for the iPhone 3G

August 25th, 2008 by iPhoneTechZone

Flixwagon has officially released a version of their streaming video service for the iPhone 3G (Firmware 2.0 and higher).

The streaming service offers video over WiFi, as well as over cellular data. Video streaming isn’t perfected, however at 12 frames-per-second, it isn’t too bad either.

It does not take long to sign up for Flixwagon, and can in fact be done right on the iPhone itself.

Apple does not agree with services such as Flixwagon and Qik, thus the service is not available via Apple’s App Store, but instead over Cydia and Installer v4.

What’s more, the application itself is only 98KB’s.
