It does happen though that the limit has been exceeded for non-paying users since this is a hot files that loads of people are downloading. I was however able to get it via the link just now as I tried (I also am a non-paid user on Rapidshare). Anyhow so this won't happen again in the future I've updated the post with a few mirror sites to download the Fring for 3G patched IPA file. Rapidshare is not a scam site, it’s the most popular one-click hosting sites out there.
