iBaRes: The incremental backup solution
September 16th, 2008 by iPhoneTechZone
The iTunes backup of your iPhone is and endless procedure!. The one which takes hours at stretch sometimes. No more!. If you’ve got a jailbroken iPhone with SSH installed, a TimeMachine like incremental backup solution exists - iBaRes.

You just have to supply your iPhone’s IP address and the root password (alpine). The first backup takes a while. But subsequent backups are a snap. If something were to go wrong on your iPhone or you don’t want to manually re-install the jailbroken apps eveytime a firmware update happens, iBaRes comes very handy.
